I highly recommend this hotel! From the first moment I checked in, I felt the professionalism and kindness of the service staff. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable, which made me sleep well every night. The location is also super convenient, within walking distance to major attractions/subway stations, which is a big plus for independent travel. I especially like the free coffee provided by the hotel, which gives me a good start every day. The overall accommodation experience is very satisfactory, I will definitely come back, and I also recommend it to friends who travel to this city

This is the worst hotel I stayed in among the five Nordic countries. The main problem is that they made a mistake in my reservation and put all the blame on Ctrip, saying that Ctrip intercepted the information sent to me by the hotel, and they could not show any evidence. I booked a twin room, not a bunk bed room. The reservation stated that only two people were allowed to stay, but the front desk took me to a small room with four beds and bunk beds. Fellow countrymen, if you believe me, don't consider this hotel again. They do business without bottom line, principles, and contract spirit. They don't understand the basic principle that once they make a mistake, they must correct and make up for their mistakes.
